I am passionate about the development of human potential and organizations. After 20 years leading multicultural teams in the Financial sector (Citibank, Liberty Seguros) and later in the Tourism sector (NH Hotels and TUI Group), I became certified as a professional coach in 2009.

Founding partner of Conekta, I currently work as a coach, both executive and team, facilitating change processes, at a personal, group and organizational level in first level companies and in companies that collaborate with the Universidad Francisco de Victoria. At this university I am part of the research chair on the person-centred company.
