My vocation is my own personal development and to help people, teams and organizations to evolve.

For 17 years I did it from the inside, as responsible for HR in different companies (United Biscuits/Nabisco Iberia, University of Barcelona and Ferrocarrils among others), since 2007 I do it from the outside, as a trainer and coach being a founding partner of the company Accendo, The Inner Gamme Applications and Conekta. The combination of training and coaching is the most powerful tool I know for the development of people.
