Executive and team coaching

Executive and Team Coaching

We have a biased perception of reality.Achieving authentic self-development requires transforming both the way we look at the world and the way we think.

For individuals and teams, coaching is a powerful development tool.

Coaching is practicing the art of questioning and accompanying individuals and teams in a respectful and sustainable way to find their natural growth path.

Coaching enhances people's awareness, clarity, choice, understanding, development and effectiveness by their own means.

What is coaching?

It is a process limited in time, where the client (a team or individual) learns to identify and improve their internal dynamics to overcome their limitations, develop their maximum potential, and achieve extraordinary results.

Coaching creates an opportunity where individuals or teams can work on the issues that are most important to them and lead to transformation. This will allow them to achieve their maximum potential and effectiveness.

Who are Conekta's coaches?

Our coaches help clients to explore their behaviour habits and their real or imagined limitations. They help find the alternatives that allow our clients to achieve greater satisfaction and better results.

All Conekta coaches are certified professionals by the International Coaching Federation (PCC). This association is the world's largest organization of professionaly trained coaches. The ICF promotes the art, science and practice of professional coaching that guarantees the highest quality services in the world.

Each person is complete in themselves and has been born fully equipped with their own toolbox. One only needs to learn how to use them effectively

A team is a network of interrelated components where the the sum is greater than the parts. The ideal functioning is achieved when the members of the team learn to establish intentional and conscious relationships

Relationship or team coaching

It is a process where the team learns to improve its internal functioning and to use all its potential to achieve extraordinary results.

The greatest difference between individual and team coaching is that team coaching is focused on the team dynamics, not on its individual members.

The objective is not the projects or tasks to be carried out by the team, but to develop their capacity to carry them out autonomously and without the need for external help. It's not about giving the fish, but teaching how to fish.
