We have an errouneous perception of reality... Achieving authentic self-development requires transforming both the way we look at the world and the way we think.
Executive coaching and team coaching are two very powerful tools for people's development.
Coaching is practicing the art of questioning and accompanying individuals and teams, in a respectful and sustainable way, to find their natural growth path.
Coaching enhances awareness, clarity, choice, understanding, development and effectiveness of the person by their own means.
What is coaching?
It is a process of accompaniment limited in time, where the client (team or individual) learn to identify and improve their internal dynamics to overcome their limitations, develop their maximum potential and achieve extraordinary results.
Coaching creates a context where individuals or teams can work on the issues that are most important to them and lead an individual and collective transformation. That will allow them to achieve their maximum potential and effectiveness.

2

3

Sessions usually take place every one or two weeks.Between sessions, the client experiences and puts into practice new perspectives, new behaviours that allow him/her to make significant progress towards his/her objective
4
Close
Closure of the process and evaluation of achievements
Relationship or team coaching
It is a process of dynamization and accompaniment of teams through which the team develops, learns to improve its internal functioning and to use all its potential to achieve extraordinary results.
The most distinctive feature of personal coaching is that team coaching focuses on the relationship that unites the team, not on its members.
The objective is not the projects or tasks to be carried out by the team, but to develop their capacity to carry them out autonomously and without the need for external help. "It's not about giving fish, but teaching how to fish.
