These are the three phases of our methodology:

Where are we?

In this phase we use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools,The Leadership Culture Survey and NonViolent Communication to find out what the current leadership culture of a company/team is.

Where do we want to achieve?

In this phase we continue using TLCS and NonViolent Communication to make a deep and analysis of each situationin order to achieve the organization's desire results, both in terms of team culture and key aspects to be promoted within the team.

How do we get there?

In this phase we will design an action plan that could include some or all of these elements: interactive trining, team coaching and individual coaching. This way, external changes that a company wants to see startwith an internal change both individually and collectively.
